DSI’s 12th Annual Big Data for Intelligence Summit will convene senior leaders from across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, federal government, academia, and industry to discuss the prioritization of data as a strategic asset.  In order to maintain the decision advantage in an increasingly complex, dynamic threat landscape, leaders at this Summit will explore how to accelerate data, AI, and analytical capabilities to deliver actionable intelligence at speed and scale.

More than 300 million terabytes of data are created every day worldwide.  In our increasingly digitized and interconnected world, the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense face the challenge of navigating and making sense of these vast amounts of information coming from a multitude of sources.  DSI’s 12th Annual Big Data for Intelligence Symposium will bring together leaders across the IC, DoD, federal government agencies, industry, and academia to discuss strategies and policies to enhance data collection, interoperability, security, and exploitation in order to generate actionable insights for decision-making.

Join us at this year’s Symposium to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving landscape of big data and analytics and to hear from experts and leaders across the community on the ways the DoD and IC are prioritizing data as a strategic asset to ensure mission success at speed and scale.  Speakers will focus on the potential for AI and advanced analytics to accelerate data collection and processing, identify key trends and patterns, provide insight into potential threats and activities, and note emerging risks.  Key sessions will address the newly released IC Data Strategy 2023-2025, which emphasizes the need for improved end-to-end data management, data interoperability, and stronger partnerships across agencies, industry, and academia.  Sessions will also explore the newly released DoD Data, Analytics, and AI Adoption Strategy 2023, which highlights the imperative to accelerate our adoption of these technologies to unlock decision-making power.  Attendees will have the unique opportunity to engage with and ask questions of senior leaders, network with peers, watch technology demonstrations in the exhibit hall, and contribute to the discussion surrounding the advancement of data analytics for decision advantage.

DSI’s Summit will provide a forum to address and improve internal and external initiatives, meet with and hear from partner organizations, disseminate vital capability requirements to industry, increase visibility within the larger community, and generally support their mission.

The Summit is open and complimentary to all DoD and Federal employees, is considered an educational training forum, and is a widely attended gathering.
